Lisa Kohn is a transformational keynote speaker, leadership consultant, executive coach, and award-winning author of The Power of Thoughtful Leadership and to the moon and back: a childhood under the influence, a memoir that chronicles her childhood growing up in the Unification Church (the Moonies) with her mom and a life of “sex, drugs, and squalor” in New York City’s East Village with her dad.
Lisa’s unique background has given her a perspective on life, people, and leadership, as well as an expansive array of tools, mind-shifts, and best practices she’s found and created, that help her clients find their own paths to powerful, authentic, Thoughtful leadership. With over 25 years of experience supporting senior leaders in areas such as leadership, managing change, interpersonal and team dynamics, strategy, well-being, and life-fulfillment, Lisa partners with her clients as they not only uncover core issues to implement real changes in themselves and their organizations, but also successfully address their own inner challenges and effectively connect with others to ensure the changes stick.
After many years of successfully leading large operations teams and small specialty teams to greater results, Robyn McLeod began working with organizations and sharing her expertise in leadership and team development, as a consultant, coach, speaker and author. Through her work as an organizational development consultant, Robyn partners with senior executives as they focus on building and supporting high-performing managers, leaders, teams and organizations.
A foundation of her work is the belief that strong leaders and managers create an environment that engages, challenges and develops employees who in turn provide world-class service and experiences to customers. Robyn works with clients to address their needs in the areas of organizational effectiveness; leadership development; change management; strategic communications and thinking; and people management and team building.
Jennifer Bezoza is a leadership coach who works with executives and emerging leaders to hone and leverage their individual leadership style and strengths. Optimistic, caring and positive, while also structured, direct and results-oriented, Jennifer supports her clients in gaining greater self-awareness, enhancing their leadership mindset and gaining concrete progress and results with desired leadership and professional goals. Jennifer’s passion is helping individuals to thrive as leaders in organizations. Having served in a number of human capital roles at organizations, such as GE Commercial Finance, Towers Perrin, Advisory Board Company, and the Visiting Nurse Service of NY, Jennifer has led large-scale employee engagement and culture initiatives, and also high potential development programs.
Jennifer works with key organizational stakeholders and coaching clients to outline concrete goals and desired results at the outset of the coaching relationship. A typical engagement begins by gathering feedback about strengths and development opportunities through a 360 process as well as a few selected psychological assessments. This leads into awareness-raising and more refined process of goal setting and the creation of a development plan with concrete strategies, actions and desired results. An engagement ranges between six months and eight months. Jennifer often alternates in her role within a given conversation or engagement between a trusted advisor that engages alongside with clients in leadership and business challenges to a facilitative guide, where she facilitates client’s own learning through an expansive process of inquiry, to finally being a skill building trainer, where she supports clients in acquiring new techniques and approaches for greater effectiveness at work.
Barry is a dynamic and engaging trainer, facilitator, and leadership coach with 25+ years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations thrive. He provides leaders and staff with the skills to have courageous and challenging conversations during chaotic and changing times. His capacity to bring a depth of experience and compassion to his work enables him to connect with different individuals and teams of all levels.
Barry has earned an excellent reputation as a strategic human capital professional. He has experience in a broad range of industries including government, newspapers, financial services, insurance, and labor unions. His clients include: Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (pwc), American Federal State County and Municipal Employees, and Novavax, Inc.
Barry began his career as a Sales Manager, quickly learning to motivate and inspire people to achieve remarkable results. Eventually transitioning to Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Organization Development, Barry gained experience and appreciation for the importance of people management and business results in organizations. His experience has enabled him to relate to today’s business challenges and allows him to incorporate real-life experience with organization and leadership best practices with clients.
Barry approaches client work based on his own professional experience and additional training. This includes certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership Assessments and Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program. He also is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Dimension Development Inc. Targeted Selection and Assessment and Leadership Training Programs; Achieve Global-Leadership and Management Training Programs; and Dialog with Differences: A Model of Diversity Management; DiSC and TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence 2.0.
Barry earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University National Training Laboratory Institute, and a Bachelor ’s Degree in Advertising from Pennsylvania State University. He also is a member of the National Training Laboratory Institute (NTL, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation, in addition to several other professional organizations.
Rosy Elliott, PCC, MSed is a certified professional coach through the International Coach Federation and has over 10 years of experience providing leadership coaching and development across multiple industries. Rosy is known for coaching leaders and organizations to identify their unique spark, align with their purpose and commit to their potential. Her style is engaging, fun, and challenging – inspiring growth and in-the-bones learning. She is passionate about human potential and the magic that can happen in groups when people are firing on all cylinders.
Rosy has completed rigorous training with the Center for Right Relationship and incorporates a systems approach to team development. Recent and current clients include: IKEA, prAna, International Coach Federation, Philadelphia, Cardone Industries, and Endo Pharmaceuticals. Rosy is on the faculty of the Habit Change Company and Maryland University of Integrative Health, both are ICF accredited coach training programs. She is also facilitator of the Coach Approach – a comprehensive training for managers who want to add coaching to their management tool kit.
Brenda Harrington works with leaders in private, public, nonprofit, government, and intergovernmental organizations (IGO’s) to help them enhance their leadership competencies and capacity. She partners with clients to support the development of professional habits that will enable them to have greater impact.
Among the things Brenda’s clients have in common is a commitment to learning and development. Organization’s she works with span a broad spectrum of sectors. As a Moderator for the Corporate Learning Division of Harvard Business School Publishing (HBP), Brenda facilitated leadership development courses for HBP corporate clients worldwide. Philanthropically, she is a Leadership Development Coach for the Global Good Fund, a fellowship program providing leadership development resources for social entrepreneurs (https:// www.globalgoodfund.org/).
Brenda is a core global faculty member with May & Company, Berlin Germany, where she works extensively with World Bank Group (WBG), International Finance Corporation (IFC), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has worked with more than 100 international development leaders to provide coaching, conduct competency-based interviews and assessment debriefs using the Hogan Leadership Forecast assessment and TruScore 360. Brenda has also facilitated department retreats, offsite meetings and targeted team interventions, face-to-face and virtually.
Areas of focus for Brenda include the assimilation of global leaders and expatriates into new environments, the development of leaders working with diverse teams and the ability of leaders to effectively exercise influence across cultures. Bob’s “a sort of Mr. Fix-It for business problems,” according to a client. He has over 30 years of experience with C-level officers, corporate executives, management teams, and business owners – helping them become powerful, results-oriented, and empathic leaders and team builders.
Bob specializes in resolving high profile situations where there are strong emotions, high stakes, and different ideas about how things ought to be done. “He has a gift in helping people resolve conflict, achieve consensus, and agree on ways to move forward. Bob takes a unique approach to the work, with his background in behavioral healthcare and clinical social work. Katrina Lempenski is an accomplished consultant, executive coach and leadership trainer who ignites the growth of high-performing people. Leng L. Lim 林龍 is a guide – an executive coach, trusted advisor and counsellor who specializes in working with persons who are facing the effects of profound changes in organizations, politics, society and economics.
Leng guides his clients as they address difficult managerial, ethical and spiritual questions of our times. Some are high-profile leaders, others are men, women and other-genders, working to fulfill their roles and vocations in life.

With other colleagues, he also designs leadership programs for top talent, as well as pro-bono learning journeys for those seeking mentorship in life and work.
Born and raised in Singapore and a U.S. citizen, he is currently located in Bali, Indonesia. He is married to Dr. Home HC Nguyen. He was educated at Harvard Business School (MBA), Harvard Divinity School (M.Div.) and Princeton University (AB), and is also an ordained Episcopal Minister.
Denisse has been described as having a rare mix of technical skills and soft skills. In her more than 20 years in technology, she learned to lead and thrive in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments. As a coach, Denisse hosts sessions that have been described as deeply transformative, insightful, and fun.

Karen J. Watai
Karen J. Watai is the Founder and President of Welcome Change LLC and the author of Lead Your Way: Practical Coaching Advice for Creating the Career You Want. She works closely with her clients to achieve results in the areas of leadership, career development, diversity, and inclusion.
Karen has coached and/or trained individuals from a variety of organizations, including Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, PwC, New York Life Insurance Company, Viacom, BET Networks, Comcast, Blocpower, New York Public Radio, Kapor Center for Social Impact, and DREAM (non-profit serving youth in East Harlem). In addition, she has worked with many of the top law firms in the Vault 100 rankings. She has been a coach for the Global Institute for Leadership Development and Harvard Business School Executive Education. Karen served as the Lead Facilitator for the IAB Education Foundation’s iDiverse Task Force in its inaugural year. The Task Force focused on increasing diversity and inclusion in the digital media and advertising industries. One of the programs Karen designed and facilitated was recognized with an International Innovation in Diversity Award.
Karen has received the Master Certified Coach designation, the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and an A.B. from Harvard University. Karen is a member (inactive) of the State Bar of California. Since then, she has gained ongoing experience while being employed by the world’s largest telecommunications company, one of the United States’ largest magazine publishers, and one of Colorado’s most successful real estate development companies.
