It’s that time of year again. Time for us to practice what we preach. Especially this year, with all that has happened and still keeps happening, we’re once again taking the month of August off from the Thoughtful Leaders™ Blog – to recharge our batteries, renew, and think through how we’ll continue to be Thoughtful, bring you new and relevant content, and do all we can to make a difference.
While we step away, we will still be here with you. We’ll share your favorite posts from the past year and be back in September with new posts, ideas, and information to further your leadership.
As always, we invite you to join us in our hiatus and to carve out a bit of time for yourself. Time for relaxation and time for reflection. Time for learning from all that has occurred in 2021 and thinking about how you want to show up for the rest of the year and beyond. With that in mind, we once again offer you our five simple questions to help you help yourself to a wonderful summer, and we’ve added a sixth question that reflects today’s world. Visit them once, weekly, daily – whatever works for you – and allow them to guide you toward a more Thoughtful and enjoyable August and beyond. Feel free to share your answers with us, or here on our blog, if that works for you.
Have a fabulous, Thoughtful, impactful August…
- What do I want to be doing right now? How/when can I make that a possibility?
- What is it to have a rich, full life?
- What is my prevalent mood? Is that a habit? A habit I want?
- If I could do or achieve anything, what would it be?
- How can I treat myself well today?
- What difference do I want to make, and what will I say and do (and not say and do) to make that happen?
