So many people wonder if they can really make a difference. “That will never work here,” our clients often say. “No one else is doing it,” or “My boss won’t go along with that.” We challenge them to be do it anyway, to be a change agent, to be the first one.

The first one can get something going, can start a revolution, can even get the whole world dancing. The first one can be infectious and inspiring – can start a flash mob. Watch this video to check out what happened when one guy started a dance party at the Sasquatch music festival.

One person can make a difference, can bring about change, can ignite a wonderful response. I’m going to think about the difference I want to make and the revolution I want to inspire, how about you?
