So, I love when I read something that reinforces that notion, especially when it applies a little science to the mix. This week I read a great blog post on Harvard Business Review’s site about your brain.
It discusses research that explored how memories of the past play an important role in helping us to generate ideas and to imagine and prepare for the future. It describes the brain as “a proactive system that integrates past experience to help you navigate the future.” What an amazing machine! The author goes on to provide several tips for enhancing and making the most of this brain ability.
