The following is a list of the specific items in our assessment tool kit:

Center for Creative Leadership instruments – these include SKILLSCOPE®, Prospector®, 360 BY DESIGN (SM), and the organizational assessment instrument, KEYS® to Creativity.
Clark-Wilson Task Cycle Survey – provides a comprehensive process for gathering 360° feedback for managers and leaders.
Coping and Stress Profile® – discovers individual stress levels in four life areas and outlines coping strategies for greater personal and professional satisfaction.
Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) – provides comprehensive feedback on how participants perceive themselves responding to conflict, how others view them, what behaviors are perceived to be more effective and which of their responses have the most potential to damage their careers within an organization.
Discovering Diversity Profile® – helps us discover our personal comfort level with people different from ourselves, and understand what may be getting in the way of teamwork.
Everything DiSC® Management Profile – teaches managers how to bring out the best in each employee. It increases effectiveness using personalized learning to help managers develop their management styles, improve communication, and increase employee engagement.
Everything DiSC® Workplace® – helps build better relationships, by understanding and appreciating the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.
Hogan Leadership Challenge Report – offers a detailed understanding of leadership qualities that can become barriers to effective communication and leadership when overused in times of stress.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® – focuses on the preferences that make up our personalities and psychological types.
Personal Listening Profile® – identifies individual approaches to listening and helps us develop adaptive listening strategies for more productive communication.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) – identifies a person’s preferred conflict-handling mode, or style, and provides detailed information about how he or she can effectively use all five modes—competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating. Using the TKI, individuals can learn to move beyond conflict and focus on achieving organizational goals and business objectives. Organizations can apply the TKI to such challenges as change management, team building, leadership development, stress management, negotiation, and communication.
Time Mastery Profile® – looks at our effectiveness in 12 critical areas to help improve productivity.
Work Expectations Profile – explores 10 key expectations of work that drive our attitude, thought, feelings and behaviors.
