Ora Shtull
Associate

Ora Shtull brings twenty years of experience in executive development. She has become the coach of choice for many of New York’s top executives and leaders.

Through customized one-on-one coaching sessions and group training, participants in Ora’s programs learn to master the art and science of leading with confidence and communicating with impact. Her professional expertise spans many job functions and a range of fields including financial services, consulting, and technology.

Ora’s clients benefit from both Executive Coaching and Communication Skills Training. As an Executive Coach, Ora offers high-level executives an individualized approach to leadership development. She works with executive leaders to identify areas for growth and integrate new skills into their leadership model.

As a Communication Skills Trainer, Ora works with executives and managers to enhance their executive presence, formulate attention-getting strategies, and perfect their delivery of key messages. While fine-tuning their speaking strengths in training with Ora, executives develop a lasting methodology for projecting confidence and speaking persuasively.

Ora Shtull is currently Adjunct Professor of Business Communication at NYU Stern School of Business Communication and has served as the principal communication coach of Columbia Business School professors.

Ora received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a certified Executive Coach and has completed advanced training in Shadow Coaching.
