In her leadership work, Kate specializes in finding solutions and then developing exercises that bring the solutions to life for the participants. Using this process, she creates experiences to “learn by doing.” Kate worked for ten years as an Account and Planning Director at Ogilvy & Mather with a primary focus in strategic development for Fortune 500 companies. She worked on a host of brands such as Dove, United Way and Kodak, to name a few. Kate has an M.A. from Cambridge University in England and received her coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute.
