Our TeamChuck Berke
Chuck works primarily with SVP and C-Suite clients to develop self-awareness and to close the gap between the way these clients are seen by their stakeholders and the way they would like to be seen. He does this by assisting clients to change the behaviors that are impeding their growth and development and by encouraging clients to involve those closest to them in the process, setting up a powerful feedback loop. In this way his clients gets a clear, in-the-moment sense of how their behavior is impacting others. This approach also involves the stakeholders in the change process and it makes it much more likely that they will notice the change when it occurs. Chuck holds a Master Degree from Fairfield University and is a former adjunct faculty member there. He is a PhD candidate at Fielding Graduate University in the School of Human and Organizational Development. Chuck is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Coaching Consortium in Organizations. He is a former member of the Planning Team for the Executive Coaching Summit, an invitation only meeting of top executive coaches from around the world. Chuck is a frequently requested speaker on a variety of topics and has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio shows. He is a published author and has been quoted widely in newspapers and magazines around the country and in Canada. Chuck resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife Peggy. Chuck can be reached at 877-405-7288 or at cberke@chatsworthconsulting.com

“The expertise and insights from Chatsworth Consulting Group have been invaluable to me. Often consultants are unable to bring value to and recognize the unique needs of both for-profits and nonprofits alike. You have impressed me with your ability to bring forth truly relevant ideas and research.” Dr. Suzanne Phillips, Ed.D. |
