Rudy Pucel serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, teams and organizations. As a consultant for the past 16 years Rudy has specialized in: organization assessment; team development and facilitation; change management; leadership development; strategic planning; performance measurement; executive coaching; conflict mediation; training design; and facilitation.

He has consulted on projects in corporate, partnership and non-profit organizations in multiple industries including assurance, tax and advisory services, construction, environmental protection, financial services, government, healthcare, land development, manufacturing, social services, technology, telecommunications and youth development.

Rudy’s diverse career has held the common thread of working with individuals, teams and organizations going through significant change. His experience has enabled him to work with and lead a wide variety of people, from front line workers to senior executives. His academic and professional background allows him to offer a consulting approach that is a blend of practical experience and individual, team and organizational development theory and methodology. He is able to quickly navigate from a high level, organization strategy perspective to a tactical, focused detailed view.

His approachability, humor, business knowledge, creativity, and intellect afford him the ability to connect with people in a way that supports them to feel at ease, at their best, listened to and understood.

Rudy earned his B.S. in Forestry from Southern Illinois University, an M.S. in Education: Instructional Systems Design from Indiana University and has completed post-graduate studies in Organization and Systems Development at Antioch University and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Rudy is skilled in the use of organizational and leadership assessment/surveys including MBTI, DiSC, the WorkPlace profile and others.
