Jerome Jewell
Associate
Jerome Jewell provides strategy consulting, executive coaching and leadership training to a broad range of clients. His coaching focuses on two things:
- providing concrete “how to” guidance to help clients arrive at solutions to pressing operational issues, and
- helping clients develop and fine-tune the knowledge, behaviors and skills required for long-term success.
In the non-profit and educational arena, his work has focused on “Diversity as a Productivity Enhancer,” focusing on cross-cultural challenges, constructive conflict, Emotional Intelligence, and high-performance team-building to help teams unlock their hidden potential.
Prior to his work as an independent consultant, Jerome spent two decades working for global industry leaders, including IBM, the New York Times, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Jerome holds a BA in Sociology from City University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University.
