Chuck Berke
Associate
Chuck Berke is an executive coach and consultant who works with leaders in three main categories: high potentials, technically/functionally high achieving executives who need help developing their softer skill sets and high level executives who need a strategic thinking partner. He has coached, advised and consulted with senior level executives at numerous Fortune 500 firms including AIG, Beazer Homes, EMC, Frito Lay, GE and Millipore Corporation.
Chuck works primarily with SVP and C-Suite clients to develop self-awareness and to close the gap between the way these clients are seen by their stakeholders and the way they would like to be seen. He does this by assisting clients to change the behaviors that are impeding their growth and development and by encouraging clients to involve those closest to them in the process, setting up a powerful feedback loop. In this way his clients get a clear, in-the-moment sense of how their behavior is impacting others. This approach also involves the stakeholders in the change process and it makes it much more likely that they will notice the change when it occurs.
Chuck holds a Master Degree from Fairfield University and is a former adjunct faculty member there. He is a PhD candidate at Fielding Graduate University in the School of Human and Organizational Development. Chuck is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Coaching Consortium in Organizations. He is a former member of the Planning Team for the Executive Coaching Summit, an invitation only meeting of top executive coaches from around the world. Chuck is a frequently requested speaker on a variety of topics and has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio shows. He is a published author and has been quoted widely in newspapers and magazines around the country and in Canada. Chuck resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife Peggy.

“Many thanks for facilitating our Leadership Retreat. Not only did the group enjoy the session, but some have returned to the workplace reiterating quintessential concepts grounded in “unearthing the possibilities.” This demonstrates to me that our leaders intend to operationalize the concepts.”
